A village to be discovered



Visit the Natural Reserve of the end of the lake, a preserved nature, where fauna and the flora are protected, of the landscapes sublimes, a haven of peace for the animals.
Great wetland at the edge of the Annecy Lake, the natural reserve of the End of the Lake, witness of the evolution of the mediums for 2000 years it has been also with the birth of the Annecy Lake.

Products of soils

The cheese of the Wallows:

It is long-keeping cheese. To invent a few centuries ago Of the grinding stones of approximately 40 kg, with the convex heel.

The goat's milk cheeses fresh are of smaller size.
They present forms and varied degrees of refining and adapts to your moods to be tasted constantly: aperitif, in goats heats or at the end of the meal.

The high Serac of the page



The serac is a kind of soft white cheese manufactured with small repressure milk.
